The is a lovely hotel - been beautifully renovated and fitted out - the rooms are large and bright with lovely decor. Everything in the hotel is clever and quirky and well put together. Staff were super lovely, friendly and very helpful. There is an onsite restaurant - which unfortunately we didn't get to dine at - but in terms of other offerings in the town, it would be a good idea to book and dine here. The breakfast which is included - is amazing - so many lovely fresh options to choose from. This is a really lovely hotel.

Loved it. Friendly welcome and attentive staff. Stayed two nights, the breakfast was lovely and staff on hand to cook you eggs and bacon, and bespoke coffee if you wish. Central location was great, lovely market on the Wednesday, Beautiful park and loads of restaurants and shops. We ate out the first night and the Pizza/Pasta place is first rate. We also ate in the attached restaurant which was a gourmet tapas offering and excellent again. Station five minutes walk away.

19 Tile Ceramic Concept Hotel is a beautifully designed hotel with individually decorated rooms. The theme is craft and design, so expect interesting ceramic works everywhere, as well as stylish furniture, fixtures and lighting. The staff is friendly and welcoming. The bed was wonderfully large and comfortable — a true king size, and the shower was great. The hotel is very well located in the city center, museums and Parque Dom Carlos I.

Had to stop over on our way to Porto. The town itself was a bit stranded in January, but the hotel was excellent with a warm welcome. All information for arrival was correct and easy to understand and the welcome was warm. All rooms are named by a local artist and are decorated with his/her works. We had a deluxe family suite, where the second sleeping room is connected via small balcony (might be handy if there's a snoring person in family). We discovered later at the Nazare lighthouse that we works of Mario Reis are also decorating this iconic landmark. Breakfast was good - the buffee selection is not big, but they make you an omelette or anything else from eggs. Parking is close and easy to find. P.S Extra nice touch was the complimentary port wine in the room.

We recently stayed at "19 Tile Ceramic Concept", and overall, we had a pleasant experience. The hotel has a modern, stylish design, and the rooms are spacious, clean, and well-appointed. The location is excellent, close to key attractions and city center, making it easy to explore the city. The staff were friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any questions or requests. The bed was comfortable, and the amenities provided were top-notch. The breakfast was decent, with a good selection of options, Overall, a great stay and a solid choice for anyone visiting Caldas da Rainha!

A tastefully designed atmospheric boutique hotel, it is perfect for a weekend away at Caldas da Rainha. The staff was very friendly and sweet. We were pleasantly surprised by a complimentary higher level room, more spacious with a hot tub and a chill zone. The hotel and the rooms are decorated with very interesting ceramic sculptures, signature for the town. The location is perfect, just across the corner from the famous fruit market. Overall we had a wonderful time.

Breakfast was fresh and cooked in the spot, specially the eggs. It was pretty ok. The room was very large and big and the bed was extremely large and comfy. The balcony was nice to have and the little presents were also pleasant. The bathroom and the room had plenty of space and the decoration was quite different. The staff was very flexible :)

We had a wonderful stay! Marina at the reception is such a lovely person — attentive, kind, and truly caring. She made us feel very welcome from the first moment. Our room felt like a piece of art — so beautiful that my daughter asked, “Mom, are we in a museum?” Everything was cozy, full of soul, and designed with great attention to detail. Thank you so much for the warm hospitality! 💛 We will definitely come back.

Each room was unique in that it had one of a kind interiors and interior decor. Beds were comfortable and closed windows kept out the noise. Breakfast was ala cart with made ro order plates of eggs and bacon. Everyone in the hotel was friendly and accommodating. Big plus: Peacocks in the courtyard!!! I highly recommend this sweet little hotel.

Hotel is just steps from the famed Praça da Fruta das Caldas da Rainha. Extremely helpful and kind staff dedicated to ensuring a comfortable stay. Everyone - especially Aline and Marina - went out of their way to make sure the room was perfect for our 4-person group, as well as offering suggestions to local sights and vendors. Breakfast offered each morning was excellent. Nearby medieval walled city Óbidos is a short Uber drive away and well worth the trip. Highly recommend this hotel.
